TODAY COLOMBIA – Colombian state-owned operator ETB has announced the launch of a new app intended to act as a virtual one-stop shop for all customer service needs.

Customers can use the app to check the details of their contracted plans, acquire voice and data bundles, pass on their credit to other lines, pay bills, top up and find free Wi-Fi areas, as well as communicating with ETB staff via chat.

The app is available now for Android and iOS users.
