975_227Clara Eugenia López Obregón, presidential candidate for Colombian Polo Democratico Alternativo Party, denounced the lack of warranties for the March and May elections in this South American country and the threats to members of the candidatures of the opposition.

In a meeting with representatives of the United Nations in Bogota, Lopez highlighted the absence of a system of electronic vote for the elections and the lack of information balance in the peace process between the Colombian government and the rebel group FARC-EP.
